The Brighton Township Fire Department (BTVFD) is a combination fire department with volunteers filling many key role, so membership is the key to its success. The BTVFD is always looking for new members to continue the quality service it currently provides and the continued service in the future. There is no experience required to join, the BTVFD pays for all required training courses and holds its own in house training. We encourage you to view our videos and photos on the site to get a better idea of what we are all about.
Membership Requirements
- Age 16 and 17 Junior Firefighter
- Age 18 and older Firefighter
- Membership Packet (includes background check, physical, and workers permit for Jr. Firefighters.)
